Bianca Barsanti was born in Firenze.


She graduated in Singing with Honors at Conservatorio “Antonio Vivaldi” of Alessandria, then she take a Master Degree with Honors in Literature at Pisa's University. Further studies took place at Scuola di Musica of Fiesole with Claudio Desderi, at Urbino Musica Antica with Ensemble LaReverdie, in Florence with Liliana Poli, and in Jesi with Valeria Esposito.


At age of 14 she began singing on stage: in the Choir of Telemann's Der Schulmeister, then Young Servants and Distant Voices in Britten's Prodigal son and Mrs. Noye's Gossips in Noye's fluddle, then she took part of the Choir of Candide, Tosca, Manon Lascaut and Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny.


She made her debut in Verdi's Falstaff (Nannetta), later she sang Euridice in Gluck's masterpiece Orfeo e Euridice, Scoiattolo in Nino Rota's Witty Squirrel, then Königin der Nacht, in Suor Angelica she was Suor Osmina, then Adina in Elisir d'amore, and in Pinocchio of P.Valtinoni she was Lucignolo, Dr.Gufo and Arlecchino.Bianca Barsanti's extensive concert credits include: Schubert's Mirjam's Siegesgesang, Traetta's Stabat Mater, Pergolesi's Missa Romana in collaboration with Scuola di Musica of Fiesole.She loves experimental music and she sung for Teatro Goldoni of Livorno Astratto/Concreto contemporary music from tuscany's composers.


She enjoyed successful collaborations with conductors and stage directors such as: Gianluigi Gelmetti, Alessio Pizzech, Moni Ovadia, Simona Marchini, Claudio Cinelli, Matelda Cappelletti, Marcello Rota, Paola Roman, Marina Van Hoecke, Jonathan Webb, Luca Valentino, Fabio Lombardo, Michał Znaniecki, Aldo Tarabella, Sergio Staino, Amanda Sandrelli and Blas Roca Rey.She attended courses of Tanztheater and contemporary dance with Linsday Kemp, she works with a Company of Puppetry (Compagnia Porte Girevoli, Vinci-Firenze).
